Maddine Insalaco In addition to an M.F.A. in Painting from the New York Academy of Art, a Certificate from the Scuola delle Arti Ornamentali in Rome and undergraduate work in Art History at Syracuse University in Florence, Maddine holds an M.A. in International Affairs from Columbia University.  She has lectured on the Italian Origins of Open Air Painting in various forums including Sotheby's and the National Academy of Design.  Her work has been exhibited in the United States, France, and Italy.  In the course of more than 20 years spent in Italy, Maddine has acquired a knowledge of art, gastronomy and general tourism that will provide invaluable assistance to participants in planning their visit.
