Itinerant chef Fabio Castrucci of Convivium Laboratorio Cucina (www.laboratoriocucina.com)
will offer three half day cooking sessions organized thematically to non-painters who accompany artists. The class will focus on Pasta
and Gnocchi; Meat and Vegetables and Desserts.

| In addition we will offer dinner in two locations to give participants a
broader experience of local cuisine. Fabio will prepare dinner
exclusively for the group on select evenings with the remainder to be
offered by La Scuderia. |
